Only one kid came for this class. and seems no one knows importance of last minute classes.
Anyways we did a very important lesson , thats change management .
How a project manager should systematically address changes in to the project . Changes cannot be refused , changes can not be at all , all accepted. There is theoretically a procedure for managing change .
