we have been going in to serious discussion about how agile methodology supports / refuses planning right ?
do remember agile is all about
- welcoming changes
- minimal planning
- minimal focus on procedures and documentations
- more focus on team work
- daily stand up meetings (scrum)
- sprints
- deliverable end of every sprint
- time boxing
- face to face interactions
